Prof. Sang-Jin Han (Board president of the Joongmin Foundation) and Prof. Young-Hee Shim (Executive director) left for Japan on September 29th to visit Kyoto University, where they will conduct the lecture entitled "Reconstruction of the Public and the Intimate Sphere" which is jointly sponsored by the department of sociology at Kyoto University and KUASU (Kyoto University Asia Studies Unit). Topics of this lecture, which will be delivered twice a week during October, are as follows:
