On November 24, invited guests for the international conference " The Challenge of Risk Society and Seoul Initiative - Participatory Risk Governance and Monitory Democracy" presented their policy recommendations at the Grand Conference Hall of City Hall. The Mayor of Seoul, Won-Soon Park, was in attendance and also gave congratulatory remarks.
