On September 13^th 2018, Prof. Han Sang-Jin and Prof. Shim Young-Hee visited Lyon, France, and participated in Post-Western Sociology Seminar hosted by Prof. Laurence Roulleau-Berger of ENS Triangle Laboratory, affiliated in CNRS. Prof. Han Sang-Jin and Prof. Shim Young-Hee made presentations on "What Does East Asia Mean for Post-Hegemonic Sociology?" and "Dual Individualization in East Asia" respectively.

Also, Prof. Yazawa Shujiro addressed the idea about ‘Internationalization of Japanese Sociology.’ Professors and doctoral students at the department of sociology in ENS also participated and had a lively discussion.
