On October 15^th 2018, Prof. Han Sang-Jin and Prof. Shim Young-Hee visited Jilin University in Changchun, China. They had the seminar on critical theory with professors in the school of Philosophy and Sociology. From Jilin University, Prof. Sun Li-Tien, Prof. Yao Da-Zi, Prof. Wang Fu-Sheng, Prof. Won Young-Ho, and Prof. Lu Heung participated in the seminar.

During the dinner reception, organized by Bing Zheng, vice-president of the Jilin University, Prof. Han Sang-Jin and Prof. Shim Young-Hee delivered their recently published book Beyond Risk Society, Asian Politics and Cosmopolitan Politics.
