On November 2^nd 2018, Prof. Han Sang-Jin and Prof. Shim Young-Hee had a conversation with Prof. Li Chang of the Tsinghua University and Beijing civic officers related to social governance at the Seoul Institute. As consultants, Dr. Chung Byeong-Sun (Diretor of the Social Governance Center in Seoul Institute), Dr. Ahn Hyun-Chan, Dr. Lee Jun-Yeong, and Prof. lee Chang-Hyun at the Kookmin University participated.
